Exquisite room with fantastic decor and large bathroom. Great location really close to the main areas that are a wonderful part of the hotel's history and Close to the quay and railway station, outstanding food. Excellent service, parking close

Spotless and gorgeous hotel with lovely view of the castle. Exceptionally comfortable bed in an excellent sized room. Great sized bedroom, excellent experience and easy check-out. Great location to the Castle of Conwy, in the lovely area. 

The room is beautifully decorated and pet-friendly and with an opening window and coffee.

Spotless traditional hotel with superbly friendly staff. Overall a really comfortable stay on both nights of our stay. Lovely food, reasonably priced. Amazing location in the restaurant after all-really nice of them, great breakfast. Near to great historical attractions and interesting shops 

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Conwy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's just a short walk to the castle and other historic sites.

The food at the restaurant was alright for breakfast and dinner, but we both had some really delicious dishes. The location was awesome, right in the heart of the city. 🌟

The hotel offers a wonderful old and reasonably clean place with an astonishing view of the castle. There is a wide array of options and very pleasant food available. The location in the heart of the city is convenient and not far from Conwy Town Walls. Free

The hotel is brilliant with exceptional personnel in all areas. Immaculate spotless rooms, they are provided with chocolates, a Nespresso machine. The location is top, minutes from Conwy Town Walls. The gourmet restaurant is excellent, serves 

We had a nice stay thanks to the excellent service and commodities of the hotel and restaurant. The location of the property was very central, not far from the center as well as restaurant and staff. We enjoyed being there. 

Top setting, close enough to Conwy-what a spectacular town, Rhyl/Llandudno and surrounding areas, and public transport. The breakfast was very very good, excellent with options like kippers.

The room was pet-friendly & brand-new with window open and a comfy huge bed and bathroom.

We loved the rooms with robes and slippers and the hotel's central location within walking distance to Rhyl, Llandudno, the city center, and restaurants, as well as the very friendly staff.

Room were stunning, lovely and great hotel. The breakfast was good, with options like kippers and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a very comfortable bed. The location was very central, brilliant down to the beautiful harbour. 

The room was modern and beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds, and the view of the castle was delightful, while the breakfast was fantastic.
